Buy TrainSolo. Go through the content. Do the work. If within 7 days you genuinely believe it wasn't worth it, email us and we'll refund you — no hoops to jump through, no lengthy back-and-forth. We built this for serious hoopers and we want you to be satisfied.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • Request is submitted via email to [email protected] from the email address used at checkout
  • You have not violated the Terms of Service (e.g., sharing content, chargebacks, etc.)

We do not require proof of completion or evidence of effort to process a refund within the 7-day window. We trust our customers to act in good faith.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"

Include the email address used at checkout and your order number (found in your Whop confirmation email)

Briefly let us know why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helpful for us to improve)

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days and confirm via email

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund through Whop. Processing time depends on your payment method and financial institution:

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the original purchase date
  • Account has been terminated due to a Terms of Service violation
  • A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated with your bank or card issuer
  • The purchase was made under a promotional price that explicitly stated no refunds
  • You have already received a previous refund for a TrainSolo purchase

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your access will be permanently revoked and you may be reported to Whop's fraud prevention system.

Access After Refund

Upon processing a refund, your access to TrainSolo — including all course materials, the community, and any associated downloads — will be immediately revoked. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed and access has been removed. We are not responsible for any content you did not download or save prior to refund processing.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks are costly, time-consuming, and can result in permanent account bans. If you have a legitimate concern, we will work with you to resolve it quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may be reported to Whop and relevant financial institutions.
