Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

Include the email address used at checkout and your order number (found in your Whop confirmation email)

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days and confirm via email

Upon processing a refund, your access to TrainSolo — including all course materials, the community, and any associated downloads — will be immediately revoked. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed and access has been removed. We are not responsible for any content you did not download or save prior to refund processing.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks are costly, time-consuming, and can result in permanent account bans. If you have a legitimate concern, we will work with you to resolve it quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may be reported to Whop and relevant financial institutions.
