By purchasing, accessing, or using TrainSolo (the "Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Product. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and TrainSolo ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of any changes.

TrainSolo is a digital basketball training program created by Miller Kopp, a professional basketball player. The Product includes:

• →The Solo Performance System™ — a structured digital training curriculum
• →Video training modules covering shooting, handles, athleticism, and mental performance
• →Downloadable workout plans, drill libraries, and progress tracking tools
• →Access to the private TrainSolo community (Discord or equivalent platform)
• →Any bonuses or supplemental materials included at time of purchase

Product contents are subject to change and improvement. We reserve the right to update, modify, or add to the Product at any time without prior notice.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the TrainSolo materials for your own personal, non-commercial training purposes. You may not:

• →Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense any part of the Product to third parties
• →Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the content for any commercial purpose
• →Upload, post, or publicly display any TrainSolo content without written permission
• →Use the content to create competing products or training programs
• →Share your login credentials with others

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may result in legal action.

TrainSolo is offered as a one-time payment product. Upon successful payment through Whop, you will receive immediate access to the Product. Your access is tied to the email address used at checkout. We are not responsible for access issues resulting from incorrect email entry, spam filters, or third-party platform outages. If you experience access issues, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase.

All content within TrainSolo — including but not limited to videos, written materials, graphics, workout plans, system frameworks, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of TrainSolo and its creator, Miller Kopp. All rights are reserved. The "Solo Performance System™" name and all associated branding are proprietary. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights to the content. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is a violation of copyright law and these Terms.

TrainSolo provides basketball training content and tools. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, physical ability, prior experience, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific athletic outcomes, performance improvements, or advancement to any level of play. Testimonials and results shared on this site represent individual experiences and are not typical. You are solely responsible for your own training decisions and physical safety. Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise program.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrainSolo and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Product. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Access to the TrainSolo community (Discord or equivalent) is a privilege, not a right. Members are expected to maintain a respectful, supportive environment. The following behaviors will result in immediate removal from the community without refund:

• →Harassment, bullying, or disrespectful conduct toward other members or staff
• →Spamming, self-promotion, or solicitation without permission
• →Sharing paid content outside the community
• →Posting illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• →Any behavior that disrupts the community experience

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to TrainSolo at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Product is immediately revoked. If termination is due to a violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued. If you wish to cancel your access voluntarily, please contact [email protected].

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Product shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations. By using TrainSolo, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
